25. Member Statistics (club owners)

As a club owner you see the Member Statistics card on the dashboard: one row per club you own. It combines what used to be three cards - the open invoices, the check flights of your members and the billing packages they bought. Collapsed, the row only shows key figures; the lists behind it are loaded only when you expand the row. This makes the dashboard load faster.

The club row

• Members: the active members of the club, including how many are students and instructors.
• Open invoices: number and amount of the unpaid invoices of the club.
• Check flights: how many pilots and instructors are expired, due, due soon or still without any check flight - only in clubs that enabled check flights in their safety rules (see 6). Students do not count, they have no check-flight deadline. "Due" means less than a sixth of the period is left, "due soon" less than a third - the same thresholds as the colours in "My Club Validations".
• Billing packages: bought packages that are still valid - and how many of them expire within 30 days or have not been invoiced yet.

The lists

The arrow on the left expands the row. Below it you find three tabs, each with the number of its entries - so only one list is visible at a time:

• Open invoices with the buttons "Mark as paid" and "Resend invoice" - the same as in accounting (see 14.3). Invoices older than 30 days carry a marker.
• Check flights per member with the date of the last check flight, the days left and the status - the most urgent first. A click opens the member in the member management, directly at the "Reservation Validations" step.
• Billing packages with the package, whether it has been invoiced and the expiration date. A click opens the member at the "Purchased billing packages" step.

The buttons below the lists lead to the club's member management and to accounting; "Back" brings you back to the dashboard from there. Which rows are open is remembered by the browser.
