24. Aircraft Statistics (club owners)

As a club owner you see the Aircraft Statistics card on the dashboard: one row per aircraft of your clubs. Simulators and theory lessons are not listed - the card is about flight hours. If you own several clubs, the rows are grouped by club. Only the flight time counts; block time plays no role here - it matters only to you as a pilot and in the syllabus, and is shown under "My Flight Summaries".

The row

• Curve: the flight time per month of the last twelve months, the dot is the current month. Hover over the curve to see the value of a month.
• Flight time and flights this year with the trend to last year - compared with last year up to the same date, not with the whole of last year. Differences below 5 % count as unchanged.
• Break-even bar: if the aircraft has a yearly target (aircraft management, "Yearly hours for break even"), the bar shows the hours flown against that target. The tick marks the expected hours to date (yearly target × share of the year that has passed). "Pace 113 %" means 13 % ahead of the expectation. Green from 100 %, orange from 85 %, red below. During the first 30 days of a year there is no pace yet, and without a target the row says "no break-even target set".

Trend and pace answer two different questions: the trend compares with the aircraft's own past, the pace with the target you set. An aircraft can fly less than last year and still be ahead of its target.

Expanded

The arrow on the left expands the row. Below it you find the figures per period - flight time, flights, landings and the number of different pilots for this month, the last 90 days, this year, last year and in total - and the top pilots and top instructors, switchable with the period chips. The buttons Open logbook and Summary (PDF) take you straight to the aircraft; the back arrow there returns to the dashboard.

Expanded rows stay expanded: the browser remembers which aircraft you opened.
