Base licence by club size, modules as needed
Small partnerships fly for free. Everyone else pays a fixed annual fee for the base licence – no cost per flight or per invoice.
Base licence
Includes all core features: reservations, logbook, invoice run, vouchers, validations, push, calendar subscription, capzlog. The tier depends on the number of aircraft and active members.

Modules
Modules are enabled per club and charged per year on top of the base licence. Simulators and theory resources do not count against the aircraft quota.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as a member?
Active memberships in the club. Anyone who leaves or pauses is set inactive, keeps their history and no longer counts.
Does the simulator count as an aircraft?
No. Simulators and theory resources are their own resource type and do not count against the aircraft quota.
Are there costs per invoice or per flight?
No. The base licence is a fixed annual fee, no matter how much you fly or invoice. Notifications by push and e-mail are included.
Where is our data?
On servers in Germany, operated by Fly4Fun GmbH. The privacy policy describes what is stored and who can access it. Every member can obtain their data as an FADP disclosure at any time.
What happens if we stop?
You receive your data as an export (invoices, logbook, members). There is no minimum term beyond the current year.
